I created a twilio account on Twilio and downloaded the ignition module as well. i set it up as per the instructions with the account ssid and the auth token. However when i try to create the account in the gateway i get the following error. Looks like its timing out. help?
Looks like a networking error. Is your Ignition gateway connected to the internet? Is there a firewall or proxy or some other corporate network equipment getting in the way?
i am connected to the internet but i have using a corporate vpn. do you think thats blocking the install?
Ok you were right. once i tried it on my personal computer i was able to setup. however i am still not receiving any messages in Twilio. i dont have any errors in the logs but it does not work. here are some screenshots
