Just a question. is it not possible to have 2 Twilio accounts active?
Both accounts a different, with its own telephone numbers but when I add the new one the other one is disconnected.

Do these accounts/phone numbers have the same account ID and token? If so, you can configure the phone number to use from the alarm notification pipeline when you set up alarm notifications and you don't need to set up a separate account.

Different accounts, different tokens. Actually I programmed a new Alarm Notification Pipeline trying to separate some link between 2 accounts without results.
