It appears that the Twilio Integration and Alarm Notification Module uses a Twilio Helper Library module that contains a deserialization bug that will break with how Twilio is changing their service.

We got the email as well. Right now it looks like this is just a warning to those on older versions of the SDK that something might break in the future.
We're getting updates to the Twilio SDK / modules scheduled.
This has been addressed. The new versions of the Twilio Notification Module, with updated dependencies, will be available at the next 8.1 and 8.3 releases: 8.1.56 and 8.3.10 respectively.
Updating to the latest version of the module will ensure that whenever Twilio applies a breaking change on their side, your alarm notifications won't be impacted.
