I have SMS alarm notifcation working via Twilio, however, my customer requires ack notes for auditing purposes, which doesn’t currently work with Twilio. If I have ack notes required on the alarms, I can no longer acknowledge from SMS. Does anyone know a workaround for this? I also have email notification setup and it works with that via a web link. Would it be possible to send a similar link via SMS message for acknowledgement?
