UDT Elements not loading on template parameter

I’m having a new issue where my UDT is no longer displaying it’s children when bound to a template.

It has been pulling the data just fine up until this morning when I made changes to the UDT. I added another child tag and put a value change script on one of the tags that writes to a sibling. Could that have affected the binding? Below is an image of the UDT in question

Bump. This is happening in another project. Not sure if anyone has run into this issue in the past. v 8.0.16

UPDATE: received this error when trying to bind the tag directly:
