Hello
I was trying to log in on my Administrator account in the Ignition Designer. But after too many login attempts, i get the log message:
Internal 06Feb2024 09:10:57 [profileName=default] User 'Administrator' is locked out
I do have access to the Gateway where I can see the log. But how do I reverse the lockout, so I can log in to the designer again?

Use the gwcmd command line utility.

Jordan, I was going to suggest that but the OP is able to log into the gateway. How would that affect Designer?
I'd try a gateway restart first.
It depends in permissions of the gateway.
That said, default values are 5 attempts with an auto reset after 15 minutes. Likely he will just need to wait. And possibly reset the password to something one can remember. 
I have a similar situation where I can't login and get the user is locked out, but can login with the default admin user. Is there a way to unlock a user? I've hit the Save button on the Users and Roles configuration and then attempted once under the Verify Source and the logs show I'm locked out.
Edit -> Save on the user source should reset all user lockouts. There's no way to do it for a single user in particular.
Thanks for the reply. Edit ->Save did not work. Unchecking the lockout and saving did.
