Generally this does not indicate a significant problem. It simply means that the status window cannot retrieve the status from the service for whatever reason.
Try opening the FactorySQL frontend. If you cannot connect to the service with the frontend, it may indicate a more significant problem. Since you said the data was logging, I suspect there is not really an issue with the service, only the status window. Could be that the firewall is blocking the “FactorySQL Tray Application.exe” program.
