Unable to edit View properities or permissions

We recently deployed a new gateway on a server with a public address. However when I link it to the designer, create a new project and try to edit a new or imported view I get nothing. This is on version 8.1.17. Doesn’t work on multiple machines. Any help would be appreciated.

You should contact support.

I would also recommend checking the designer (and gateway) logs for anything obviously wrong.
