Unable to Enable Auto-Resize Option for Columns in Alarm Status Table (Template in Ignition Vision)

Hi Everyone,

I am currently working with the Alarm Status Table component in Ignition Vision but have been unable to enable the auto-resize option for columns. I have followed the steps outlined in the Ignition manual, but the functionality still doesn't seem to work as expected.

To provide more context, I am using the Alarm Status Table within a Template, and this might be affecting the behavior. I have also attached a link and screenshot which highlight the auto-resize functionality as described in the Ignition documentation.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions on how to resolve this? Your guidance and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!:

Hello Adarsh,

What happens when you right-click on the header of the Alarm Status Table? Does the menu not appear? There is no problem having the component in a template.

You highlighted the "Holding the Ctrl" part, that is specifically talking about how you can hold ctrl and click directly on multiple columns to have multiple columns sorted with arrows at a time. Without holding Ctrl you can only sort by a single column a time, this should not relate to the right-click menu.

HI kvane,
After right-clicking on the header, I am unable to find the auto-resize option—no options appear at all. Even after trying with CTRL + right-clicking the mouse, the behavior remains the same.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
