Unable to extract install into C:\ folder

Hi,
I am getting this Pop Up message while installing Ignition 8.1.23 windows 64 installer.

I took my IT team support to install in Administrator rights but still I am getting Same error.

Help me out for Root cause.

Disk space? Perhaps you should have support look over your shoulder.
