Hi , I am new to perspective and I want to give protection to my screen based on roles.
So I have assigned new roles and users in gateway, and same I have configured in security level.
While giving protection to my screen, when I am selecting any role (operator or admin). It block that screens for all users.
Am I doing something wrong here. Please suggest. Thanks!!!
Below, you can see the access denied i get for all users, whatever role i select for protection.
Thank you again!!!
Tip: Perspective doesn't use the term "screens". It uses pages and views. I edited your question title (and removed the greetings from it).
I think the title is still wrong. You are able to "give protection". Your problem is in giving permission.

To truly help you here, we need to see exactly how you've configured a User, Role, AND Security Level - specifically, the Operator role. We need to see the configuration of a User who has this Operator role and we need to see where you apply the presence of this Role as rule for a Security Level. Is the User Management View the View being rendered in your final screenshot? What user is logged into the Session in the last screenshot?
Thank you for your reply, Cmallonee. But now I don't need to add a security level as the requirement has changed.
