Unable to import SVG - Mouse pointer shows circle with strikethrough

Hi,

Gateway: 7.9.1
JRE: 8 u121

I’ve seen a few posts with SVG import errors being produced, however I can’t even get that far on a new Windows Server 2012 install.

When I drag the SVG into an Ignition page (Window), I just get the mouse pointer circle with a strike through it; I don’t get the + sign to say it’s valid to drop.
I can import the same SVG into the designer on my work laptop.

What could be the issue?

Also, is drag/drop the only way to import SVGs?

Yesterday I noticed that myself. I tried to drag my SVG into the designer and I can’t.
Same Ignition & Java version. Except that Ignition is running on Windows 10.
