Hello, I´m trying to upload my activation_message in order to activate a license for one server that is offline but seem it isn´t working.
I did this yesterday without a problem, but now after swaping licenses doesn´t work.

Did you unactivate your licenses before swapping? If not, you'll need IA support to help you.

I didn´t unactivate license before swapping, but the one should be working is working fine.
