Unable to start Ignition Service

Hi,
I have an installation of 8.1.5 that has been running since 2021 and the customer contacted me saying that the system is not running. I still have the installed file on the server I try to re-run it thinking it will prompt me to modified the existing components but nothing it went like it try to install a new version but it again failed to start the service see below for the wrapper log file and I have the following:

Any help I did find a note here in the forum with similar issue so I added the following line under the # Java Additional Parameters but no luck.

wrapper.java.additional.4=-XX:UseAVX=0

Can you upload/attach both the ignition.conf and the latest wrapper.log files?

Attached you will find the wrapper log and the config I remove the line that I added since it did not do anything. If you need me to submit a tech support case let me know.

Is there a wrapper-license.conf file in the main Ignition install dir?

It kind of seems like the install failed and now you have a mix of a files... might need to take a backup, do an uninstall, then install 8.1.45 fresh.

Support should be able to help you out with this so you don't accidentally lose any data.

Thanks I have backups of the application I will just need to request a to reset the license. Thanks I will give that I try.
