Unable to use Notes Function on Alert Summary Table

Hi

Trying to use the notes function on the alert summary table and unable to get it working. I added a notes column to the Alarms table but it is still not working. Is there any thing else that is required to get this working.

You shouldn’t need to add any columns to any tables to get the notes to work. All you should have to do is populate the notes area in the general settings section where you set up the alarms for each tag and then on the alarm summary component you have to check where you want the notes display to show up (Notes Area Location, either above or below I think). Then, when you click on an alarm in the alarm summary component the note for that alarm will display in the window above or below the alarm display.

Hi

I misunderstood the functionality of the the notes option. I thought its function was to add more specific information on that instance of the alarm so as to explain more about its occurrence. I can make my notes column editable which will do what I need
