Unable to view ackDuration in Report

Hello all,

I’m trying to get the @ackDuration@ in a report. I triggered an alarm and acknowledged it and I can view it in the Alarm Status table but I can’t get it to work in Reports.

Am I missing anything?

Take a look in the right side of the Preview tab – is the duration showing up in the XML? If not, the problem is with your data source.

If you can see it in the XML the problem is with your report design.

You were right, It was my datasource. I didn’t tick the ‘use current status instead of history’. Now I’m able to see 57 seconds.
