I have an alarm from two months ago that is showing as "Active,Acknowledged" on an Alarm Status component and it is not active. The DisplayPath is close to the tag path. It's possible I changed the name and that may be the root cause. I can not clear it and it's confusing the operators.
Tag Display Path is listed as Wet_Room/Chemicals/Sizing/AKD_LOFLOW/AKD/Sizing Low Alarm and the tag I believe it belongs to is [default]Wet_Room/Chemicals/Sizing/AKD_LOFLOW
I looked at some similar posts about deleting %Install Directory%/data/alarms_###### but I don't have any files with that name. I have an .alarms file
Any suggestions?
