Unexpected gateway reset Ignition 7.8.5

Hello,
I am having some reports from customer, telling me that Ignition system restarted without notice.

I found a suspicious message at console:

15 minutes after this message, Ignition service restarted.

Where can I find more information about this problem. Should I check .config file? It is a version bug?

Thank you for your help.

The wrapper log file contains more information than the web-accessible log and would almost certainly have the conditions that triggered the restart. It doesn’t go back as far in time, though, so you should copy it as soon as you can. Then look in the copy for the timestamps that correspond to the actual restart.

Thak you very much for your suggestion.

I will check wrapper log file as soon as possible.

Best regards.
