Units of the Alarm Status Table Refresh Rate?

The alarm status table has a refresh rate setting but I can’t find any documentation on what units it has. “Rate” would make me think Hz, but I’m suspicious that it might really be the update period in seconds or ms.

Refresh rate is milliseconds between polls.
