We are getting an "Unparsable Date 2022..." error when we try to change the date within the built in Range selector for both Easy Chart Historical Mode and Alarm Journal with customers who have different regional formats (Canada and South America) in lieu of English (United States). The only fix I've found is to switch those customer's PCs to use the US format. Is there a way to allow them to use their regional formats? The only topics I've seen on the forum have been for instances where the developer is using a date selection within scripting. Does it have to do with what the regional format was when developed?
