Cannot seem to find any information about what could possibly be causing this overlay to appear. Customer has said it’s only appeared this one time. Never before and never since. Can anyone please help?
Maybe a graphic artifact from another application that stayed in front / didn’t clear? It looks a lot like a tool-tip.
