Update Ignition 7.8.2 Gateway Faulted

Hi All,

We are trying to restore Ignition Getaway 7.8.2v on Ignition 7.9.20v

We got a msg 'Gateway is Faulty'

Please find the log wrapper attached

Startup of internal database "config.idb" failed, autobackups disabled. 
INFO   | jvm 2    | 2024/02/06 17:14:34 | org.sqlite.SQLiteException: [SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (no such table: SRFEATURES)

Probably cannot go directly from 7.8.2 to 7.9.20. (Why v7.9.20 instead 7.9.21?)

Consider installing 7.8.5, taking a backup from that, then restoring that to 7.9.x.

Thanks for quick reply, the plan is to bring to 8.1.33 ,

I will try 7.8.5 then 7.9.21 and 8.1.33

Hi , no luck still same error with Ignition 7.8.5
