We’re having an issue where alarms are losing sync over a Remote tag provider, there is a ticket on this and IA is looking into it, however it’s still an issue I’m having to deal with. The fix when it loses sync, is to edit the remote tag provider and save it. (Don’t make any changes, just open and save.)
I’ve written a function to check if they are out of sync (using a gateway message) but what I can’t find is any way to perform that tag provider save function via scripting. Does anyone happen to have any magic for this? Since it’s one a web page to do it, I’m assuming there is some type of call to do this.
