Upgrade from 7.8.0 to 7.8.2 MAJOR ERROR

All of my tags have disappeared. I restarted the gateway, restarted the tag providers, no luck.
I also tried uploading tags from an xml backup. This worked until I restarted the service, at which point, all the tags had disappeared again. Looks like reverting to 7.8.0 is the only option.
Upgrade with caution…

Do you have the logs / have you contacted support? Even if you’ve rolled back to 7.8.0 the logs may still be useful.

I downloaded a gateway backup before handing the server back to IT. Contacted support but can’t get a hold of my account rep to authorize emergency phone support. This is out production server so waiting for a call back is not an option.
