Upgrade Ignition from version 7.6.7 to newest version

Hi,

I have a huge problem with upgrating Ignition from version 6.7.6 to newest one.

I have read the manual. I have look for info from Google, but I still can't make it work for me.
What did I try:

  1. I installed version 7.7.0
  2. Restored my gateway backup to this 7.7.0 version.
  3. Then I tried to backup my gateway. SUCCESSFULL
  4. Next step was to install version 7.7.5
  5. I successfully restored my gateway backup, BUT
  6. I tried to backup my gateway again, and I had no luck! It just fails in some minutes

I found almost the same problem from Google and followed these steps:

In a real world scenario our upgrade path would be 7.3.X->7.7.10->7.9.21->8.1.19

BUT again... when I install version greater than 7.7.4, so backuping of my gateway does not working...

Did someone of You face the same problem?
I give up! I spent 2 days for it... and no luck...

I even disabled all my scripts and tried to reinstall tag providers...
as You may guess, there was no luck to make any backup (((

PLEASE help me!!! :sob:

Have you opened a support ticket and provided your original 7.6.7 backup?

None of these steps should be necessary. The backup should restore straight into the latest 8.1.x version. If it doesn't, support should be able to figure out why.

I have no idea how to open a ticket.(
