Upgrading from 8.0 to 8.3 vs 8.1 to 8.3

Hello,

I am beginning to look into what it will take to upgrade versions. I see information on 7.9 to 8.x, but I am not specifically seeing information on upgrading from 8.0 to 8.3.

I am wondering what I may need to account for when upgrading from 8.0 to 8.3 instead of 8.1 to 8.3. Or would it be best to upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 and then to 8.3?

8.1 is a required starting point for an upgrade to 8.3.
