URL Parameters Not Working

I’m guessing that I’m missing something here, but I believe I have the page and parameters set up properly but it is still not working.

What am I missing? I tried to follow the doc

The ? is not needed in a standard Page URL

Instead of "?deviceNum=5" , replace it with "/5"

The ? only comes up if you are treating it as query params (link from the UM):
