User can’t select components when switching from Pipe Draw Tool back to Component mode

Hi,

When switching from the Pipe Draw Tool back to Component Selection mode, users are unable to select any components.

The only current workaround is to close and reopen the view.

In earlier versions, this issue also occurred occasionally, but toggling between Preview/Design mode (F5) would resolve it.
