User management component (Vision) grayed out

For the “user management” component in Vision, besides the “Allow User Admin” option in the Security / General on the Ignition gateway web site, what other things could cause the component to be grayed out? I have a Vision window with the “user management” component and the “on-call roster” component. The “on-call roster” component works great. The “user management” component is grayed out. Security settings are identical on both components. Thanks.

In Designer…Project → Properties → Client → Permissions → User Management = List of roles that can use the component, or blank for all users can use it.

Thanks VERY much! I always forget “the other thing” that must be configured to enable user management.
