Changing the name of the Data Key when using named query in the report builder will cause an error stating "Named query “” not found. Since the Data Key cannot be changed to another name you cannot use two named query’s in the report.
Do you still have this problem after saving the project?
Even in the designer preview, reports are always executed on the Gateway, and until the project is saved, your changes to Named Queries aren’t seen on the Gateway. In other places in Ignition, we are able to use the Designer’s version of the Named Query so you see your “current” version, but we can’t do that in reports. :\
