Using Perspective on Windows 11 with a touchscreen - on screen keyboard

In Windows 10 there was a way to toggle the operating system into tablet mode that does not exist on Windows 11. The solution tech support helped me find is to open settings, select Time & language from the list on the left, expand Touch keyboard from the list in the middle, and change the dropdown from "When no keyboard attached" to "Always". This works with both Perspective in a browser and Perspective Workstation. I was unable to get this setting to persist in a Kiosk account, only actual user accounts. Hope this helps the next person,
