Anybody know how to do versioning on validated objects/templates etc. in Ignition.
Are there any way to lock your work to protect against unintended changes.
I have worked many years with AVEVA System Platform and Autosave in Pharma industry. We are looking for opotunities to introduce Ignition to our customers, and one demand will be version control.

Hello,
One way to lock your work to protect against unintended changes is by utilizing "Protect Resources". You can use this by opening the Project Browser, and right clicking on any of the project resources that you want to lock and select protect.
Only users with the specified role defined in the project's permissions would have access to the protected resources.
