Very basic question on resolution?

Hello eveyone. I am very new to Ignition. Come from factory talk/Crimson/Cmore....As I keep trying to teach myself this software I keep coming up with a possible resoution problem. I am using Vision by the way. Anyways.... When creating a simple title header at the top of a page and simple thin rectangle of a different color to separate from the rest of the page the header and thin seperating line never seem to extend from scrfeen edge to screen edge. I've tried going back and editing it and sometimes the entire header gets messed up. Any ideas?

                  Thanks Chris

Vision unconditionally applies scaling in many situations, like when displaying the trial banner or a project update banner. If the main window uses relative layout, it will slightly shrink in width proportional to the banner space vertically.

Use an anchored layout for everything in that window to fill the entire available space. (You might want to review the free online training to help you get started.)

Thanks for the reply. At some point I will be going to the ignition training class in Indiana. Unfortunately it is booked up. I am trying to learn on my own watching you tube videos and just plain messing with it. I have taken and completed the inductive university lessons. Other stuff that Ive been messing with seems pretty straight forward. This particular problem I spoke of is really shown when I connect my SBC to my 75" tv via hdmi to practice at home. Thanks again for your reply.

Watch the official Inductive University (free) online training (videos) before watching any random Youtubers.

Welcome to the light.

Seriously, though the IU videos are a good resource.

Well he did say he's completed it:

Which should get a round of applause, as it seems newcomers often skip that basic step.
