Is anyone aware of phones that support logging into FactoryPMI projects? Even if there’s a way to make a less featured, mobile version of the project.

Unfortunately, the only way you can launch a FactoryPMI project on a phone is through VNC/RDP. Phones do not run the Java JRE.
Support for mobile devices will be added to Ignition, but not to classic FactoryPMI. See this thread viewtopic.php?f=70&t=5171
