VIOP CallManager Error(s)

When testing pipelines the log shows a CallManager error:

“Error state received from call manager. Reason: Internal Server Error [500]”.

What does that mean?

Also, does the auto-dialer allow for long distance calling…?

I have prepended a “1” to the phone number and my local number doesn’t get calls.

These may be related…

One more thing, we are on a local exchange and have to dial “9” for an outside line.

So local number 9-nnn-nnn-nnnn works, but 9-1-nnn-nnn-nnnn does not.

Long distance number 9-1-nnn-nnn-nnnn does not seem to be working.
