Trying to do a gateway backup, but when I press the backup button, nothing happens.
Tried closing down everything, and restarting but no difference.
disregard, it did the backup so fast the screen never changed
I've never seen that. Are you sure that, after you clicked on Backup, that it wasn't busy assembling the backup for several seconds?
