Vision Alarm VOIP Notification Script just say "desk"

I am using the Alarm Notification module for a VOIP notification. The script for the outgoing alarm script just comes across as "desk".
This is the default script that I am using.

> At {eventTime|hh:mm:ss}, alarm named {name} became {eventState} with a value of {eventValue}

How do i set this up to annunciate the actual alarm? I looked for any help in the University and Help. I am using a UDT for my alarms.
