Hi,
We are developed a vision application using ignition v8.1.10. sometimes application is very slow (once or twice in a week) until server got restart. But once we restarted the server, application again back to normal. I checked in the the gateway CPU, Memory, Tag Scripts. All looks fine.
Please suggest what could be the other reasons for this slowness issue. Thanks in Advance.
This version is quite old; how long has this been in service? When did the problem start?
The Application running around last 2 years but the issue starts from last one or two months before only.
its been runnign for 2 years without any changes (in the last months)?
Small updates done around a week back. But the issue starts two months back itself
check db query times and see if some logging or backup folder is getting a too full
