Good morning,
I have been having an issue when trying to upgrade the Vision Client Launcher to any version above 1.1.28. I can download and install the updated version but when I try to launch the application, it appears to load for a couple of seconds and then nothing happens.
I have tried a number of things, removing the older version, clearing the cache file, a few different versions, but nothing has worked so far.
Others I work with are also experiencing the same issue, any alternative solutions?
