Vision Client Launcher - Not connecting - First Install

This is probably another simple fix with something I am missing.

I have used the steps detailed for creating a zip file and extracting on my client PC.

When I try to launch the Client, it is stuck in a connecting loop.

Originally it was trying to connect to localhost.

I then changed the designer settings to the IP of the server 'http://192.168.1.3:8088,

It still hangs in the loop however.

What am I missing?
Are there some gateway settings I need to address?

From your client PC, can you open the gateway webpage at the given address? If not, you’ll have to investigate your network settings and any possible firewalls in the way.

Once you get to the gateway web page, download the launchers from there and use those to launch designer and vision client.
