Vision client launcher problem

Hello, I tried to install Vision client launcher 8.1.35, but the installation was blocked by MS Attack surface Reduction. One of the messages is "No access to temp file". This is a domain PC with a not very accessible IT department. I have tried to make some exceptions with gpedit, but no luck so far. Is this a problem with the installer or the setup of my PC?

Welcome, sounds like a problem for your IT. If this is stopping production, let management know, you may find IT are suddenly more accessible.
