Vision Client Launcher won't open

Hi All,

As the title says, I’m trying to open a client with the Vision Client Launcher but the Vision Client Launcher won’t open. It’s not even showing in the Task Manager.
I tried to uninstall and install it back but it didn’t work
I’m using Ignition 8.0.5 NIGHTLY and Windows 10 Pro ( version: 1903 )

Hi @awalker, Nope :sweat_smile:
At that time, I was unable to open the Vision Client Launcher on Ignition 8.0.5 NIGHTLY.
So I downgrade to 8.0.4 STABLE and it worked.

@c.bertulli Have you tried with another 8.0.5 nightly? We haven’t seen the same behavior on our end.

Yes, a coworker of mine tried with another 8.0.5 NIGHTLY and the same behavior occured.

@c.bertulli Can you please get in touch with support so we can figure out why this is happening?

@awalker Right now I’m using Ignition 8.0.5 RC1 and the problem is solved. I’m able to launch the Vision Client Launcher
