Vision Client not displayed

Hi,

I'm having trouble because the Vision Client is not showing up.

Chrome 140.0.7339.186

(Question)

The manual for Gateway states that the Vision menu should appear in the Home menu, but it does not appear in my Gateway environment. Furthermore, it is also not shown under Home > Downloads.

I thought that perhaps Vision was not installed during the Ignition installation, so I checked, and for some reason, the Vision option was not checked. However, even after reinstalling with the Vision option checked, the situation did not change.

What could be the reason why it is not displayed?

Maker Edition doesn't support Vision - only Perspective.

If you're evaluating or doing test development you should be using the regular version of Ignition and just resetting the trial every 2 hours.

I wasn't aware of the restrictions of the Maker Edition. I will try using the regular edition.
