Hi everyone, Merry Christmas.
I´m hands on with an issue with vision and designer acces to a project. The gateway have no errors, the load is below 15%, no errors on the log related to the Vision or designer.
The acces to this project runs porperly till this morning. From now it´s impossible to connect.
When I tried to run the vision client, or designer, for a while seems to open, but in less than a second the window is closed and nothing more happens.
Any idea or any knows about a windows 10 update that crash my project???

Look at the launcher's local log file and find the final java ....
command that really runs the client or designer. Open a terminal and run that same command manually. Then you can see the fatal errors in the terminal when the window dies. If you cannot decipher the output, share it here (use the "preformatted text" editor button on the pasted text).
Have you tried deleting the cache folder? C:\users\username\.ignition\cache
Delete the the entire cache folder, and it will be recreated at startup. Any files that have been corrupted will be replaced with proper ones, and the client will open properly.
Hi, thanks for the responses, we increase the avaliable RAM to the machine that host Ignition and works.
The problem we have rigth now it´s with the certificates of the Ignition internal OPC UA. Ignition 7.9, loopback OPC UA certificates regenerated, but the gateway don´t recognize the new ones...
