Vision Client Tags Bug

I cannot create or import vision client tags for the designer. I had multiple designers open, but none of them allowed any modification to the vision client tags. I restarted the designer just to check if a that would fix it, but nope. My tag providers, including my default tag provider, are all working just fine from what I can see.

Any ideas on how to get my vision client tags working again?

Are there any errors in the Designer's output console window?

Had the same thing on 8.1.47. Additionally you can copy a tag but cant delete once created too in my case. And the rest of the tag options are greyed out same as you. Was able to fix by stopping and starting the ignition gateway but not sure how it started in the first place.
