Suddenly all of my components including the window shifted to the right just not visually. Restarted designer and problem still happens. It's only in one template but not the others?
I checked window location and it says 0,0 so that's the root problem i guess. Basically the window 0,0 is not true 0,0.
I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but when I'm doing something like updating bindings, sometimes, when I click back into the root container, the component I had selected will jump to the mouse cursor's location. Of course, my instinct is to "undo," but this undoes whatever I did prior to unexpected component move. The only solution is to simply drag the component back where it belongs.
I've seen this bug discussed elsewhere in the forum, so I know it's been around a while. Perhaps that's what you've experienced here.
Was the solution ever presented? I encounter this bug frequently and it is incredibly annoying.
Not that I'm aware of, and yes; it is annoying.
Anybody from IA want to weigh in? Has anybody seen this behavior in 8.3?
I've never seen it at all. (Perhaps because I run my designers in Linux.)
