Vision Easy Chart: Display range (Start/End Date) changes unexpectedly after switching pages

Hi, I have a question about the Vision Easy Chart.

1. Issue

I want to keep the chart’s display range fixed, so I set bindings on Property Editor > Data > Start Date / End Date.

However, when I switch to another window/page and then come back, the chart’s time range changes to a different period unexpectedly, even though the bindings are still configured.

2. What I tried

I suspected that Property Editor > Historical Range > Startup Range (which was set to a fixed value of 730 days) might be affecting the behavior.

So I changed the Startup Range to a non-fixed setting, expecting the Data > Start Date / End Date bindings to take priority.

But after changing it, the chart still does not behave as intended—in fact, the time range is not displayed correctly from the start.

At that time, the settings for Property Editor > Data > Start Date / End Date were as follows:
2025/4/1 00:00:00~2026/3/31 23:59:59

  1. Questions
  • How can I configure Easy Chart so that it uses the bindings on Property Editor > Data > Start Date / End Date, while still starting up without the display range being overridden or “breaking”?
  • Is there a recommended approach to keep the display range consistent when switching pages/windows (property settings, scripting, component lifecycle behavior, etc.)?
    • If possible, I’d also like to know under what conditions this happens and which properties I should check.

I've never experienced this problem, but I notice that your max selection is 2 and half years. That's way more than any of my Easy Charts are set up for. Does your historical data go back that far? I have had issues with charts that were configured to retrieve data that wasn't there.

I see… So, as things stand, it’s highly likely to be a component error. Thank you.

The data does exist. The test data we’re currently using (shown in the attached image) is very limited, but we expect the volume to increase in the production environment.
