Vision module is not showing in the Ignition designer

Hi,
Can anyone tell me why I cant see vision module in my project?

Check the Gateway you launched against and make sure the Vision module is installed and is not faulted.

If it is installed and loaded/running, then also check the logs/console in the Designer after it starts and see if there are any errors from the Vision module there.

I just install it now see no error in th elog.

Go to the 'Console' tab, copy the full output, and paste it here in a preformatted text block.

And get a screenshot showing it installed on the gateway, for good measure.

No, vision module is not in that list.

Okay, so you don't have the Vision module installed for some reason.

You can download it from here: https://inductiveautomation.com/downloads/ignition/8.1.45

After update the vision module, I see its faulty.

Oh, you're using Maker Edition...

Maker Edition does not include Vision and does not allow its use.

you mean I need to buy the license to learn vision module before I start work?

No, you don't need to buy anything.

Download and install the full standard version of Ignition. The trial period is 2 hours and there is no limit on the number of times it can be reset.

Maker Edition is not the right version to use for learning Ignition, especially when the intention is to use it at work.

Thanks Kevin, after reinstalling resolve vision module is available now.
