Vision Power Table Strangeness

Ignition 8.1.27

I have a Power Table that is populated with Named Query that call a Stored Procedure with 23 Columns. The results look like this:

I have modified the Column headers using the Table Customizer.

I save the form and reopen and the results look like this:

With the columns in a different order and many of them not shown. If I alter the Table Customizer in any way the original results returns.

I have recreated the Power Table from scratch on a new form and get the same results. Not sure what to look at next.

Working with Support and we figured out that the Headers all need to be unique.

I changed the Headers to all be unique and the column order and visibility sticks.
