Tried everything mentioned on community forums but still cannot enable the vision project. It shows enabled on the gateway, but would not show up on the launcher and the transaction groups wouldn't work. Inheritance is true for the project.
Tried enabling/disabling transaction groups, tried changing project name. Anything that I'm missing?

Inheritable projects can not be run. Any of the resources for that project are shared to any inheriting projects and then run there (this include transaction groups).

To add to @lrose, you never want any transaction groups in that inheritable project. Those transaction groups will execute for every project that inherits from the main project, resulting in multiple executions of that group.
